Friday I went to the Small sewers in Nabq for the first time.

They are much smaller than the Sharm Pools, but more green and surrounded by a fence (with many holes, as usual in Egypt).

I got a taxi there and had him wait for me, walked around a bit and went through one of those holes.

If the officials come and try to stop you, try to put on your sweetest smile and tell them about the Beauty and the great birds and you might be lucky enough to be invited back ‘any time you want’,like it happened to me ;)

You can easily take a taxi or a Mini Bus there. When you pass the airport on your right, watch out for the green reeds on the left after a few miles. You can get out of the car and walk there, it’s not far.

Would like to post a google map for you, but I can’t zoom closer than the dot of Sharm el Sheikh today. No idea, what’s going on there.

I am getting faster with uploading the birdie shots to my gallery and getting them IDed.
Am far from finished though ;)

This Beauty is from last Saturday at the golf course.
I’m so glad I am here during migration and get to see them all :)

The weather has changed back to much cooler, sunny and no humidity.
Lucky me. Perfect weather for the weekend and birding tours.
Catch you all next week again ;)
