What is a Scavenger Hunt?
You grab your camera and the list I will give you and shoot pictures of the “items” on that list.
Preferably the shots are new shots, not out of the archive.
But that’s up to you.
What do I do then?
You post the Items on your blog (best would be in one post, maybe as a Slideshow or as thumbnails with links to a bigger version)
Maybe you can add a little link back to this post for other people that want to join.
How much time do I have?
The hunt starts today and ends March 15th
And then?
Then I will put up a voting booth on this blog where people can vote for your entries until March 31st.
And what does the winner get?
The winner can choose between either 8 postcards, 3 Greeting Cards, 2 magnets or 2 key chains
Shipping is included ![]()
Alright? All clear?
No?
Ask away in the comments.
Here’s your list (it’s a bit focused on the “local” theme):
1) local currency

2) local flag

3) local food

4) something rusty

5) local wildlife

6) local nature

7) local stamp
8) part of your neighborhood (it can be a very small part
)

9) traditional house

10) a local person

11) local weather

12) local transportation

13) traditional local clothing

14) night sky

15) sunrise

16) local product non food

17) something furry

18) something feathery

19) a sign of the season

20) a part of you
21) your main hobby

22) a local shop

23) a local restaurant
24) a street sign

25) a local mail box

I will partake in the hunt as well, but will not include myself in the voting box ![]()
I will also bump this post every time I snapped an item

Not a prob, Øyvind

One more planned for end of April/May, Lisa

Sorry to hear, Alisha.
Let me know when you finish, so I can see the pics

Gattina, I think you meant to comment on the Korea post, one before this one
And yes, I know plenty of houses that are falling apart. People are usually happy or not.
Over here it's mainly old people living in those and they would be glad if they had a rooftop where the rain doesn't come through, I bet.
I will add the "latecomers" until tomorrow morning (16th).
However, I had to use creative license for my currency and stamp. (giggle)
I'll try to visit everyone tomorrow. Well, this is tomorrow. But I mean later tomorrow!! *
