Abandoned

Some more shots from those abandoned houses on the property of Balaton airport.

One of my contacts on flickr suggested that this would be the perfect location for nude shots.
Yeah, with all the airport security standing around and watching you, right ;)

Terrible to see, those ugly buildings, but great to take photos of. Abandoned houses always have a great attraction for me, I could take lots of photos.
I could well imagine nude photos there, but it's much too cold, not to speak of the security services. (You don't want them to have some fun??!) ;-)

Someone else can have the spot for nude photos, I just want the doors. I love doors. They say so much about a building. Do you think you could unhinge them and ship to the states? :-)

I love the photos! What a great opportunity for a photo shoot. And sure go for the nude photos. Why not entertain the airport security? I bet they won't complain:)

I could spend hours there, Dan :)

The buildings actually have been not too bad at one point, Inge.
They are just now totally rotten.

I doubt it, Kontan ;) I think shipping costs would kill, or security get me to jail (if they don't already for the nudes :P )

    Nah,Mrs Scriber, I don't think I would chance that ;)

Nicole ! I saw abandoned village in Hungary ! How sad ! In 1972 or something like that they were wealthy enough to have a new church built .Then the mining in the area had stopped and they had to find a living somewhere else .
There are now perhaps two or three families living there !It is a wonderful location in the Mecsek Hills - Kisujbanya - the name of the village .

When I see houses like that, I always imagine what I would do to do them up.
