I love the sepia for this photo. It really brings out the textures of everything in the scene.

I have a basket that looks just like the ones he is selling!

I love the baskets. Was he right next to a guy selling cauldrons? I would totally have bought one of those goulash cauldrons if I could have figured out how to get it home - I'd have been the talk of every neighborhood bbq in town LOL.

I like this fellow's profile, such a large man to be sitting so patiently with such womanly things. It creates a lot of tension. Sepia is just right for this.

Thanks all - I wish I was better in editing Photos. I'm sure I could get more out of the original.
Oh well :)

Yepp, I want one of those baskets :)

Grin, Robin, I love those cauldrons too. Whenever we get our own place I sure as heck will have a fireplace and one of those cauldrons!

Dan, those are just empty jars. The market is part flea marked as well, so I guess he doesn't need them any more and wants to sell them to the next person that pickles or makes jam :)

Quilly, just click on the Kaposvar link in the post and you'll see the other posts about the market.
Still a few left for future postings though :)

My grandma used to grow
sorghum in her garden to make from them broom for sale !
It used to be so much fun to play hide and seek in her garden because these plants grow really tall !
