A busy 3 lane Highway in Kuwait.
And a sign on top of a bridge (where someone that wants to pass from one side
to the other won’t see it at any rate) which reads “Check road before passing".
I will just leave it at that.

I can only assume that it means checking your mirrors or looking over your shoulder to be sure the lane you are moving into is clear.
