Good for you Nicole. Remember how great you felt afterwards is a good way to motivate yourself to exercise.

I have put on around 28lbs and I'm really pushing myself to lose it. Exercise is definitely the way to go.

I admire your determination. I haven't "been for a run" since ninth grade, which was the last year I was forced to take gym class.

Did some stuff with small weights in the evening and some stretching and situps as well and was running this morning again.
Just a small one, you know :)

I gotta do something and that's now.
