I usually don’t like the so called Meme(s), but this one struck a chord and ShoSho tagged me with it.
I was going to have it done beginning of the week, but you all know how busy I am .

* Do your closest friends have any nicknames for you?
What friends? Just kidding. The only one I know of, is Nic, but I guess that’s not a real Nickname

* What is the greatest achievement of your life so far?
Finally settled with the Love of my Life and got married. (In other words having a relationship that lasts longer than two years… )

*Where would you live if anywhere was possible?
The country doesn’t matter, but it would have to be close to a forest, mountains and ocean, preferably an old house with a big garden

*Is there a religion that’s fulfilling for you and/or the masses?
I don’t know about the masses. My religion leans to Paganism, but that doesn’t describe it right. I always answer that my religion is nature. Comes the closest.

*What inspires awe in your life’s experience?
That’s a tough one and I don’t know if my answer is leading in the right direction.
I’m at awe when I see people lead a simple Life and are very happy at it. The same reason I admire people that lived a few hundred years ago. I’m just at awe when I think what they have achieved (but then again, I come back down to earth quickly when I see what we made out of it…)
(Now that I think of it, does “seeing a HUGE tree count?)

*What was/is your best pick-up line?
Uh, that’s a while ago….
I don’t think, I ever used one. A nice smile usually did the job quite well. But then again,…., my memory is not the Best

* What and when is the most potent emotion you’ve ever experienced and why?
I guess that was when my Grandmom died in the company of my mother and me after having coffee and cake…….

*On what occasions do you act self-absorbed or just plain selfish?
When someone seriously pissed me off. I tend to go overboard from time to time *coughcough*
But I’m getting better

*If someone assigned you a quest, or if you decided your own, what would you be looking to find?
To find out where my family roots are

*If you had to choose between them, would you live in Hollywood, Washington D.C. or New York, and why?
Uh, I guess it would be Washington D.C.
Hollywood and New York are just WAY too big and Washington D.C. was alright when I visited it 18 years back. Just don’t make me live IN the city *shudder*

*Who or what makes you feel “whole” ?
My husband and his Love for me

*What do you consider to be the greatest opportunity for humankind?
Opportunity? I’m not sure what this question means, but I don’t see many chances that humankind will ever achieve to work together to get one great Opportunity to do something right.

*What surprises you about getting older?
I’m getting older?
No, seriously, maybe that I’m getting more patient and am able to admit mistakes.

*What or who makes you feel younger or rejuvenated?
Being with my Best friend and running with the dogs through nature and see them all happy when running loose

*Where or when do you feel most alone?
When I think I made a friend but it turns out to be just another “We gotta stay in touch” type of person.

*Where or how is society most ripe for change?
Ripe for change? I think that thing is way past it’s expiration date. Honestly.

*Do you think of yourself as attractive to the opposite sex?
Think of myself?

*When or where do you feel the most free?
Being alone in nature (with my dogs), preferably a forest and grassy plains or at a rough ocean beach or cliff

*What is the greatest memory of your life to date?
Having fun with my Dad, despite him being in a wheelchair.
Getting closer to my Mom and Grandmom

*Where and when did you find out who you really are?
Not sure I did. But part of it quite some years back

*How and when do you collect your thoughts and why?
By writing them down. You should know about that by now

*If someone told you when and where you would die, what would you do immediately after being told?
Depends on the time I have left.
Travel to places I always wanted to see, do some things I always wanted to do.
See loved ones for the last time. Say “Sorry” to the ones I hurt along my way and make a final peace with them, or try to.

*What are the best parts of being in love?

*What’s your favorite libation (drink)?
Red Wine and Beer

*What “life philosophies” have you adopted since you’ve become an adult?
Philosophies…..?
I have build up quite a few ideas and such, but I’m not sure you can call them Philosophies.

How would you like to be remembered?
As a loving, smiling, kind person, but I’m not sure that’ll work out
