Dry eyes

Did you know why you get dry eyes when you sit at you Computer for a while?
Because you blink less then usual.
(Plus a bunch of other factors)

But you can make things better by blinking more often to spread the Tear fluid.
Try to blink every time you click a mouse button or hit the Enter key.

Blinking more is good, but something even better is to set a timing for 25 minutes. When it goes off get away from the computer for at least 5 minutes.
I have been doing this religiously and it does work to improve your focus and creativity.

Yes, I also use a 25 minute timer. It's just like reading a book really, there are some differences, but the main features still apply - you don't blink as much as normal.

Maybe I should try that one day :)

I get it real bad when I play on my Playstation. I do computers for a living, so that doesn't bother me - I've learned to blink. But, apparently, I haven't learned, yet, that Playstation requires blinking too.
