Dusty storms
This weeks dust storm.
Someone stole my ocean!

Me wrapped up in last years worst one (May 2007)
A trash worker, still busy

You can play games on your furniture afterwards for a LONG time

And it takes nature a long time to turn green again

It was rather alarming! Couldn't leave the house all day!

@Kaileena

I think the one in May last year was worse.

The sad irony is that here in summer we will often get dust storms too. Right now it isn't snowing but we have wind gusts to 56 km/h .
I am not sure if I would trade you the dust storms for the cold and snow storms here, but sometimes the thought does cross my mind.

Wow...that looks awful. Dust storms is one thing I hope I never have to experience...mostly because I can't even imagine the clean up!

Grin, ShoSho, thanks

LOL, Ben, if you get duststorms in summer then I would suggest you guys are kind of screwed
No, honestly, sorry for you weather conditions!
Right now, I wouldn't mind snow for a few days.
But only a few
Grin, Annie, yes, the cleanup is the worst part.
Thanks to the wonderful engineering here, it gets through the windows and through the AC system.
Go figure.
I will bring my carpets to the nice guys we thankfully have downstairs, wash my curtains again and try to get that sneaky stuff off of the rest of the furniture.....
LOL, QQ - wish we could switch places next time
