Early morning owl

Snapped this this morning.
They usually sit in the tress and hide.
This one landed on an antenna at our neighbors house
when I was looking to see the moon somewhere.
Three others were still flying around, but it was
too dark to catch them.

Don't get me going on the sounds they make during mating time. I wanted to shoot every single one of them.
NOT with a camera

Noelia, we usually wake up at 3.30 / 4.00 a.m when hubby's working.
Now that he is on vacation we finally are to a schedule where we sleep until 6 / 7 a.m.
It is still pitch dark here and around 7 it starts to get lighter

thats soo cool! all we have here is a bunch of weird squirrels that will actually stare at you like your some sort of monster! They give me the shivers!

How awesome! We have one living here but he is being a booger to capture - all I have are some blurry ones so far.
