I made some Schlehenschnaps today. 4 bottles. YumYum ![]()

I don’t know the English term for “Schlehen". It’s some bitter round blue berries. You can’t eat them unless you love it sour & bitter. But they make a good Schnaps after they had the first frost.

I made some Plum “Schnaps” today.
Sugar, Plums and Wodka - I prefer “klaren Schnaps” usually, but I tried Blackberries last time and it works with Vodka and Rum too ![]()

Update in October - use less Plums next time ![]()
