Today is day 1 of the Challenge2008 or 2008 Self Challenge.
Whatever you want to call it.

It started well with a long, brisk walk this morning.
A bit later I felt motivated to run a bit, but almost got killed on the tread mill
So I will see now what the Rest of the day will bring.

Not the Best picture ever, but I’m not gonna post a Bikini picture here, forget it
And yes, I was too lazy to use the tripod
