It's here

My new toy arrived today.

TestTestTest:

After some cleaning of it (well used and heck I thought I was a piggy ;)), I can say no scratches, it works and I think I’ll love it :)!

I saved $170 regarding the latest price on amazon.
It’s always a tricky thing with ebay, the policies are getting better regarding faulty products. But still.
Anyhow, I lucked out and am a happy camper.

I think, I know what I’ll do today ;)

Here’s a quick snap from the dogs playing.
I thing this lens is a tad slower than the big Babe, but so much better for these “close-up” shots.
I’ll post some better ones sooner or later ;)

They love this chicken. King even goes up the stairs to fetch it. And it was the first time I heard them growl at each other in earnest. Not that they would really fight, but …. ;)

And a Selfie for my 365. Much easier to shoot than with the 200mm ;)
I need to learn to get the focus right, but I already love it for this :)

Grin, indeed Lou (what are you doing here anyway, I thought you were on vacation!) :)

When I went outside it was still raining, I shot some small ones anyway, and one I turned into my selfie of the day :)

Ja glaubst Du denn, was ich mache ist gross was anderes, Ingrid?
:D

Grin, that's a neat coincidence, Lisa :D 70-200 nice :D!

Indeed, Blogitse!

Hey there,
can't believe you are around again :D
Yepp a macro lens will be something I am going to save money for.
But first I'll need a few more essential things (2 Polarizing filters, camera backpack, decent tripod, LIGHTROOM, .... ;)
