Every Thursday & Saturday is a market day in Nagyatad.
It seems that on Saturdays there’s a big market outside with clothes, sheets & all kinds of things.
Inside the market hall is the usual farmer’s market where locals sell their handywork. Mostly Veggies from the fields & eggs from their chicken.
We went mainly to get some Walnuts. Found them too, but they are all already out of the shell. Anyone knows what’s the deal with that? We bought a big bag anyway.
Along other things (Jogging pants, a Sweater, beans, tomatoes, pickles, eggs, …..)
Anyhow, I took some pictures for you - enjoy ![]()
First view we got was a beautiful girl in short skirt and High Heels. I had to get a shot ![]()

A similar good one would have been a quite old and weathered man, bending down over a box with undies for women, holding one in his hands, inspecting it. But I was too chicken ![]()
The market seems to be bigger, than I recall it.

I was a “bit” surprised to see a shop for used and new army & hunter stuff
