Lunar eclipse Kuwait - February 21st 2008
Not the greatest eclipse shot ever, but hey, short notice and a camera which doesn’t like low light ![]()
Shot with a Casio EX-P505 and a Raynox Telephoto lens, using a chimney as a tripod and freezing my butt off
Here’s one from Hungary 2006, a tad better.

Schade, Dirk
Sorry, Kontan, I wish I would have been better prepared...oh well

It turned out quite good! But the one in Hungary is absolutely amazing

I tried too... with my little sony cam the pic wasn't that great, even on ISO setting. Also, I didn't have a tripod and my hand was shaking.
Stupid hand.
I'm going to get a bionic hand.

The Hungary shot is lovely. The shot from last night, in context, is great - but if you didn't know what it was .....

It was smoggy/over cast around here so we missed it...seems like it's that way every time

I wanted to get pictures of it too as here the moon was blood red. But unfortunately I was in the hospital and didn't have my camera there.
