Its a very good substitute for those who wanna avoid cheese.I do it but then again I do not eat junk food that often (smiles)
Those who wanna loose weight just follow my food style:
Continue the same food habits but eat only half of what you used to eat.( Whether its rice, meat , chips, etc ).No restrictions for fruits , veggies and figs (snorts).Continue this for at least 2-3 months with a daily walk for 15-25 mins. In this process I guarantee you loose weight as well as you gain a self control what you can avoid.
Though I aint an overweight guy I did manange to loose weight from 81 to 74 kg with less effort and still enjoying all walks of food life.(smiles'n'grins)

Yepp, I'm not doing the half portions, but I'm walking almost an hour now every day and walk the stairs every time I can (up to 200 a day).
