This is a shot from a little puppy named Taco.
She was with us for a few months in Korea and should have stayed with us.
But we had to fly back to Germany in a matter of two weeks and her required paperwork wasn’t ready.
I found her a new home with a family with two kids who loved her from the first moment they laid eyes on her.
Sadly on our second tour in Kuwait the family split up and went through a rough time. The Mom just left Taco at a friends door step and so she ended up with us for a short time until I could find her a new home again (where she hopefully still is).
Had it happened only two weeks earlier I could have kept her. But hubby and I decided to give another puppy a chance and got one as a friend for King.
Yet again, contracting Life combined with German laws sucks.
That sweetheart named Dusty is now a happy puppy with a friend of ours and three other poochies, still in Korea.

No worries, JoJo girl has all the necessary papers to go back with us.

Yesterday something reminded me of my first time.
No, not what you think.
The first time I used a Computer and the first time I started using emails.
My first Computer experiences where on my Job. Training in the Hotel, about 17 years ago. And still another 7 years until I first heard of Internet and used it. Mainly for emails that time.
Funny to think back and really think about how fast times have changed.
20 years ago there were ARD and ZDF the main TV channels in Germany, Computers where not yet in every household. 15 years ago, mobile phones just got “popular” and the Internet needed another few years to kick in. 15 years ago, you got cheap cars to start driving in after getting your drivers license. You even learned a bit about them, because there were things you could fix yourself, mainly because the garage was too expensive. I remember all my first cars. My very first was my Favorite. A blue Opel C Coupe. I loved it . It looked pretty much like this one.
