Trash for survival

In Kuwait, one of the richest countries in the world (correct me if I’m wrong) you see people every day going through trash containers.
Collecting paper card boxes and tin cans.
They do that all day and deliver it and get money from the companies they deliver too.
This seems to be a whole network of those workers.
The other day in the paper was an incident where one of these collectors stabbed another one over some paper boxes.
What’s this to become? The tin and paper mafia of Kuwait?

Enjoy Life

Took a stroll through Mangaf yesterday morning.
Found a whole lot of new places and “met” quite a few people.
Due to the holiday close to nobody was out and about at 8 a.m., the sun was shining and doggies and I enjoyed a pleasant walk ![]()
What are you up to this weekend?
Conversations
Conversation between hubby and me last night after work:
Me: How was your day?
H: Alright.
Me: Anything interesting?
H: No, not really, just Blah…
Me: Any news on the contract?
H: Oh, oups, yeah, I signed it.
Uhm, …..
Men…..! ![]()
So, we will be here for some more time. It’s not a bound 1 year contract, so we will see what develops when and wherever.
But I’m actually looking forward to Springtime here, plus it will get me some more time to get to the places where I wanted to go for pictures.
Now, what did you say? I should make a list.
Yeah, right.
Plan a bit?
Sure!
