After quite some driving around I found a Hotel for us to stay in in Gebenbach, about 14km from Vilseck.
In the evening we went by car to Vilseck, had some yummie Greek food and then went on to a local Bar. Stayed for a few more beer and went back to the Hotel by Taxi.
A fun night out

But getting better.
Running and walking a lot sure helps getting back in shape
It will take a while, especially because I’m not being extreme about it, but until the end of the year things will look better again
