The guys at Shoemoney wrote a post today about Adsense dropping everyone from their list of users which are

NOT in North America, Latin America or Japan

Now, are they only gonna retire the referral program or the whole adsense program for those countries outside the perimeter?
Does anyone know anything?

But first let me clarify that only referral units promoting AdSense will be affected by this change; referrals to other products and services remain unaffected at this time.
