Juvenile steppe Buzzard
I first thought this guy was a honey buzzard, but once again I got some help over at BirdForum and they put me straight.
This fellow is a juvenile steppe buzzard (Buteo buteo vulpinus).

Zuerst dachte ich, das Kerlchen hier waere ein Wespenbussard.
Ist er aber nicht. Die Jungs & Maedels vom BirdForum haben mir mal wieder weitergeholfen.
Das hier ist ein Falkenbussard Jungtier (Buteo buteo vulpinus).
Ich liebe die Fotos, die ich von ihm gemacht habe

You take glorious bird shots! I can see the patterns on his wings.

@Gel - I have trouble with getting the settings right for the moon (or being outside in general) every time.
