Old cameras

by NicoleB Email

Before I left for Kuwait last year I got a few old film cameras via ebay.
I only got to test one of them, but I didn’t manage to get a good picture out of the roll ;)

Anyhow, here’s are 4 of them. The Billy Clack is the one I tested.

The other one with my attempt to put in my first film in such a camera comes at another day ;)

Rheinmetall Perfekta Achromat (DDR)

Agfa

Agfa Synchro Box

Nice old cameras! I'm sure my dad has tons but we only have one sitting around and it's not that old. I especially love the last one. :)

Those are gorgeous. I don't know much about cameras, but I can appreciate their antique design.:.

I had a picture with all the cameras I own, but I couldn't find it.

So instead here are some artsy fartsy pics of my rolleiflex

I can't use a camera worth beans no matter how old but I do appreciate what a good photographer can do with them! I will just leave them in your capable hands!

These are all very cool but I love my little Casio Exilim 7.2 MegaPixel camera. It won't take the photos your camera takes, but it's easy to carry and is pretty much point & shoot unless I want to take it off automatic and play a bit. LOL
Hugs and blessings,

Cool, Lou, looking forward to it :)!

:( -> Dirk

The last one's my favorite too, Lisa

LOL, SR - that's mainly what I do :D

@Jonathan, now you got me drooling :D

Thanks, Sandy. I have two or so more, but didn't take pics then.
That was one big shopping on ebay ;)
And still less than 50 Dollars in total :D

Thank you Marla - hope you get both of you retrained ;)

LOL, Sue, I'm a Digital girl, I'm not sure I will ever get the grasp of how to use these ;)
Besides, soon I will not be able to get film for these babys anymore, I guess, sigh....

Thanks,Mdme Storyteller, but you are funny :D
What do you think I use?
Muah.
I'm using a 5 MP Casio EX-P505.
My first one was a Casio Ex-Z4.
Hubby is using that one right now.
The P505 has the ability to use lenses though. Even if it's only one brand :)
