On this mornings walk we saw a bunch of deer & pheasants.

JoJo got lost in the forest, I thought she was gone for good, but all off a sudden she was back again.

A pheasant almost gave me a heart attack. While walking through some wild high grass that stupid bird decided to fly up and scream when I was about 2 m away from him. I don’t know who was more scared.

Hubby didn’t come along, we woke up at 3.30 again and he decided to go back to bed at 6. I went for the walk.
It is unreasonably warm here for this time of year. But better than constant rain I guess.

Near where we live in Hungary is a wildlife park.
Lots of space to walk, even the dogs can roam loose.
Some animals in cages to get them fit for the wilderness again.
You pay a small entrance fee and can spend the rest of the day roaming around, picknick or watch birds and whatever else roams around.
Hungary has a lot of deer, so sometimes you are lucky an see a huge one.

We would be there more often, but the little road that goes there is a mud road and depending on the weather you better have a four wheel drive .

On our way to the park, already on the bumpy road, we saw some pheasants in the woods.
Not the greatest picture, but heck…
