I made some Plum “Schnaps” today.
Sugar, Plums and Wodka - I prefer “klaren Schnaps” usually, but I tried Blackberries last time and it works with Vodka and Rum too

Heute habe ich Pflaumenschnaps gemacht.
Zucker, Pflaumen und Wodka - normalerweise bevorzuge ich klaren Schnaps, den gibt es hier aber nicht.
Letztes Jahr habe ich es mit Brombeeren probiert und es hat gut funktioniert, auch mit Wodka und Rum.

Update in October - use less Plums next time
