Polaroid - Market day in Kaposvar (5)
Like this little Beauty. A Polaroid - Land camera Model J66.
Too bad Polaroid stopped producing the films.
You can tweak it for film, but hey, I can barely manage my digital camera ![]()

Polaroid shouldn't be allowed to die. I had so many great memories with that film
Great shot of the older model. They may be a bit large, but they look amazing !

It's sad to see them go.
I heard of a company in the Netherlands that wanted or did start to manufacture polaroid "films".
Not sure if they managed though.

Quilly, we had a very simple one when I was a kid (did I get one for Christmas or was it family thing, I don't remember).
I loved it. I still have pics from that cam

Wow! What a cool find! You know I've heard that there is some company that is researching making Polaroid film. The problem with that is that the films are very bad for the environment. So they are trying to come up with something that is a good replacement. I'll keep you posted!

They were quite magical when first introduced. The excitement of watching the image slowly appear.

Really interesting. I've never seen one as old as this. I can appreciate how magical it seemed when they were first introduced. But I think I'll stick with digital!

I remember my grandparents owning a polaroid like that. It was so amazing to watch the picture develop before you. They got a lot of good use out of that thing
