I am starting to feel better. The headache so far is gone.
My back still aches at the usual spots.
My own fault.
Too much computing & gaming & not enough sports.

I started my stretching exercise & Mini Situps & Pushups again this morning though. Had a three day break. We went for a slightly bigger first doggy round too.
It sure helps.

The fresh air helps too. A few days back I remembered the smell & the feeling in Kuwait of one year ago. Still muggy, warm and often oily.
Yuck.
I rather have it fresh & smacking cold like it has been yesterday

What else is new?
Not much to nothing.
We are chilling, enjoying our time in the house, like we did all summer and taking it easy.

Now I’m off to check what you are all up to.
