If you know 15 people (or more) that are Expats (people that live in a country different from their country of origin) then go ahead and invite them to InterNations.

That’s a online community, still fairly new though, with a bunch of people that hop around the Globe, thanks to their jobs or partners. You can get lots of useful tips there and even get to know new contacts in the place you plan to go next before you get there.
Well, in some places. Many still need to grow a good deal. But hey, let’s help them get started ;)

It is a great place, no matter if you travel or stay in your country.
