Jahra Pool Reserve

North of Kuwait and south of Jahra you find a small protected area called the Jahra Pool Reserve.

You need a special permission (or a bird guide that has one and can sign on guests) to enter.

But you can (provided that you know the area a bit and preferably have an SUV) drive around the outer perimeter to get some beautiful birds.

From there you can drive to the Eastern Outfalls, near the ocean

Black Redstart (uncommon),  Black Kite,  White Wagtail, Water Pipit
